Benefits
The model 500-200 PLUS45-X is an automatic system composed of the Crusher and the Loading Conveyor Belt equipped with a sensor. The system allows for fully automated process management without any physical effort during the loading phase, where the quantity of “input” material fed is regulated by a detection sensor in proportion to the crushed “output” material being discharged. The conveyor belt features a reinforced structure made of press-bent sheet metal, painted with anti-rust coating and in a color matching the crushing unit. The rubber belt, reinforced with transverse plates (inserted between the rollers), is designed to ensure the proper transfer of stone material across its full range.
