01 - THE CHALLENGE
Continuous suction for large operating areas
needed a solution capable of ensuring uniform extraction across a large work area, without interrupting production flow. The goal was to create a dedicated environment for stone processing, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency. operating areas

Processing marble, granite, quartz and similar materials requires continuous suction and filtration.

One continuous 18-metre extraction area.
Tecnoporro developed a custom configuration based on the CS-PLUS series, connecting multiple modules to create a continuous extraction wall suitable for medium- and large-scale operations.

Clean air, where it’s needed
Thanks to the dispersers positioned in the upper part of the system, the purified air is distributed in a controlled manner, with the option of reintroducing it into the laboratory or channeling it outside, ensuring maximum flexibility based on the customer's operational needs.

Uniform coverage across the work area
The continuous extraction wall ensures uniform extraction across multiple workstations, reducing areas not reached by the airflow and improving overall dust control.

Simplified and scheduled maintenance
The inclined structure and the drainage system integrated into the base of the booth make it easier to collect and remove accumulated sludge, making cleaning operations faster and more efficient. The selected type of steel also helps improve material flow and drainage. The machine is equipped with safety devices for routine maintenance, scheduled every 40* operating hours.
