02 - THE OPERATING PRINCIPLE
From process water to dewatered sludge.
The filter press separates the liquid and solid phases, allowing the recovery of clarified water while transforming sludge into compact, easily manageable filter cakes. The final system configuration is always engineered according to the specific material properties and the customer’s production process.

Process wastewater generated during production is conveyed to the treatment system.
02 - Conditioning and Feeding
The sludge is conditioned and transferred to the filter press according to the defined process parameters.
03 - Automatic Filtration
The filter plates retain the solid particles, while the clarified water is separated and recovered.
04 - Filter Cake Discharge
The dewatered sludge is discharged as a compact filter cake, improving handling, transport, and overall management.
