Reducing Waste = Maximizing the Value of Every Material

Every project starts from a real customer need.
For this plant, designed for Sweden and similarly for Germany, the goal was clear: to minimize processing waste from Stones, Marbles, Granites, Porphyries, and related materials, recovering the highest possible amount of reusable material.

COMPLETE PROCESS MANAGEMENT

01 - THE CHALLENGE

Transforming waste into value.

In the stone processing industry, out-of-spec crushed material represents a double cost: it is first lost as a finished product and then generates additional disposal expenses. As waste volumes increase, profit margins decrease — while the environmental footprint grows.

Lost Material

Oversized fragments that are removed from the production cycle instead of being recovered.

Disposal Costs

Waste collection, transportation, and management costs that negatively affect profitability.

Environmental Impact

Landfill volumes and unnecessary material movements that European industries are committed to reducing.

02 - THE SOLUTION · CLOSED-LOOP SYSTEM

Zero Waste
by Design.

We have engineered a plant featuring automated crushing process management, designed to optimize every stage of material processing. Following separation through the vibrating screen, any material that does not meet the required particle size specifications is automatically fed back into the production cycle. This closed-loop process continues until the target size is achieved or, when required, until the material is fully reduced into fine particles.

Feeding

The input material is fed into the crusher.

02

Crushing

Controlled and continuous size reduction process.

03

Separation

The screening system separates compliant material from oversized fractions.

04

Recycling Loop

Oversized material is automatically returned to the cycle until complete pulverization is achieved.

What happens to the compliant material?

A fine and consistent particle size, ready for reuse or further valorization. Turning waste into a resource: this is the core of the NO WASTE operation.

- NO WASTE OPERATION

From blocks to fine particles, keeping every material within the cycle.

The core concept is not pulverization, but achieving the required particle size. Complete pulverization is only an optional result when specifically needed. The NO WASTE project is designed to maximize material recovery by reaching the predefined size specification and eliminating waste from the production process.

04 - VERIFICATION TESTS

Material Analysis Crushing Performance Tests Customized Solution

We never provide a standard solution without first analyzing the material. Through detailed sample analysis and crushing tests, we identify the most suitable crusher based on the material’s characteristics, designing a customized and highly efficient plant.

05 - EQUIPMENT USED

The technology behind the project.

The NO WASTE plant combines crushing and separation technologies within a single closed-loop system. The equipment configuration is based on the specific models implemented in the project. The IPER dry dust extraction system can be integrated into stone and related material crushing plants, reducing exposure to fine airborne particles by connecting directly to the crushed material discharge chamber.

06 - FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Everything you need to know.

Stones, marbles, granites, porphyries, and similar materials. The system is engineered to process stone materials with different hardness characteristics, with dedicated adjustments according to the specific material being treated.

Yes: this is the principle behind the closed-loop system.
Material discharged from the crusher with an out-of-spec particle size is detected by the separator and automatically fed back into the cycle until the required particle size is achieved. The process continues until complete material reduction is reached.

The material is transformed into a fine and consistent powder, ready for reuse or further valorization instead of disposal. This represents the application of circular economy principles to the stone processing industry.

Yes. The plant is engineered according to specific customer requirements: capacity, number of outputs, and integration with dust extraction and filtration systems are designed around the customer’s production flow.

The crushing, separation, and recirculation cycle is fully automated. The operator supervises the operation, while the system continuously manages the material flow until the required specifications are achieved.

Yes. The plant is designed for Sweden: the project includes customized engineering, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning directly at the customer’s site.

Yes, dedicated technical support for the plant is included. The relevant technical contact information can be found in the contact section.
